Frequently Asked Questions About
Creativity
|
-
Good question. We believe that ideas are pretty much generated freely by
a benevolent Universe -- and that they're part of creation. We also
believe that the ideas are for our use. Learning how to grab onto these
ideas is the key. DWG's experience has always been that the best way to
get (and keep) ideas is by developing a conscious awareness of their
existence. Keep your ears and eyes open always and, when you experience
an idea, jot it down in a manner that will help you remember it. Ideas
are often fleeting and sometimes you may only have one chance to save
them.

An idea is merely the initial germ of a concept -- a
spark, if you will -- combined with the creative DNA some individual
adds. The spark becomes more personal as a result of an individual's
spin on or flavor added to the brilliant spark.

Generosity with ideas and creativity (this includes
not worrying about someone stealing your ideas) leads to even more brilliant
ideas.
